30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days after delivery of the last item in your order.

How to request a return

Email winterlux.shop@proton.me with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can direct your parcel to the correct return location.

Return costs

Our current return rules provide free return shipping and no restocking fee. Contact us to arrange your return.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem.

Cancellations and refunds

You can request cancellation before your item is fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. For returns, we will confirm receipt and the status of your refund by email.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal and rights for faulty goods.
